Practice Manager

As the best practice manager, my responsibilities are ensuring the firm operates in an efficient and effective manner with appropriate policies, procedures and processes in place. I believe it’s important that the RTLegal Pty Ltd team have at their disposal the best tools from which to operate with to fulfill their duties. In short, my aim is for the firm to operate at an exemplary level.

My other duties include marketing, cost disclosure and client relationship management and the measurement and monitoring of the firm’s key performance indictors.

My ultimate goal is to attain a smooth and harmonious operation of the firm between staff and clients and as such I’m committed to meeting and exceeding client expectations.

I’m driven by the desire to make this a better world for all to live in. Ensuring clients’ needs are addressed with the attainment of positive solutions and favourable outcomes enhances client’s interactions with others in the community in which they live.

Prior to coming to RTLegal Pty Ltd in October 2017 I was employed in the automotive industry for over 30 years. Having attained qualifications in the economics, training, project management and environmental fields has allowed me to fulfil such diverse roles as a production and inventory control analyst, team problem solving trainer, environmental specialist/auditor and project management office co-ordinator. I am grateful to be able to utilise much of my business skill and expertise here at RTLegal Pty Ltd.

My passions are attaining environmental sustainably through lifestyle choices. My interests and hobbies are exercising (going to the gym and walking the dog) meditating and going to watch AFL games.
